All of our packaging is secure and safe, this is to ensure that your purchase arrives safely to your door. We ship with DHL, a leading UK courier service. All purchases shall have an identifiable tracking number which you shall receive upon placing your order. If you do not receive this tracking number, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Return & Exchange Policy

You must have contacted us first to ensure your refund/replacement/exchange has been authorised, please don't return the rug and incur heavy return costs, we may not be held responsible for the return charge if no communication was made prior to this.

We ask that for every return, your order number is attached to the parcel, this will ensure we are able to identify you and make the process run smoothly. We do require a £10 fee for the return if the product is not defective, this we shall deduct from the total cost when refunding.
